Brazilian Party Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Irish law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, cannot attend the event, or make a mistake during the booking process.

Under Irish consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Act 2022), refunds may only be required if the event is cancelled, significantly changed, or does not go ahead as advertised.

Where a refund is legally required, it will be made to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to make changes to the event (including venue, performers, or schedule). If the change is material (e.g., cancellation or rescheduling), you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with Irish law.

If the event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us in advance, provided the event allows transfers.

Resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Replacement may be possible at our discretion.

Admission is subject to venue and event rules.

The venue operates a strict Over 20s policy. Valid photo ID may be required on entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of venue rules.

We are not liable for any indirect losses, expenses, or travel costs related to the event.

Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

Our events often include an official photographer to capture the atmosphere and memories. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you consent to the possibility of appearing in general event photos or videos, which may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.

For individual or posed photos, the photographer will always ask first. Participation is entirely optional, and you are free to decline. If at any time you wish an image of you to be removed, please let us know and we will do our best to honor your request.
